Course Objective

This course is proposed for the students who are interested in IT and its implementation in the construction sector, project and processes. This course will present current subjects and methodologies for the evaluation of IT solutions. The aim of the course is to give students some experience in managing information systems, and IT integration in Construction process.

Learning Outcomes

This course will present highly current subjects. As the AEC industry becomes more and more computerized; newly graduated engineers will benefit from a more than basic knowledge of how the IT can be implemented in the construction process. They will gain strategic thinking in IT implementation in AEC industry, and knowledge of related current technologies and methodologies.
