Course Objective

1) Provide students with an overview characteristics of construction industry; 2) Introduce the student to the different techniques of measuring construction productivity 3)Use the data collected by different techniques to improve construction productivity and methods. 4)Introduce external factors that affect construction productivity 5)Allow students to in-depth understanding of productivity management that prepare the students to top management positions.
