The Department of Civil Engineering at Middle East Technical University is seeking applicants for an academic position to teach undergraduate and graduate courses and perform research in Fluid Mechanics and Hydraulics Engineering in general. The applicants are expected to hold a PhD degree in the relevant subjects such as groundwater flow, pipe flow, free-surface flow, etc. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to teach effectively as well as skills to perform hydraulic modelling in the laboratory. The applicant(s) accepted for the job will join the ranks of the faculty at the Hydraulics Laboratory, as an Assistant Professor.
