The steel connection statue, which is made to facilitate the three-dimensional perception of the element types and different connection details used in steel structures, is located in front of our Department K1 Building. The statue was produced by the Gülermak company in 2018 and donated to our department. The steel connection statues were developed by AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) in 1986, located on more than 170 university campuses, most of them in the USA.
